| Description: | Seems to have the personality of Rain Man, and constantly talks like him. Likeness probably based on Portuguese Man-O-War from the comics. Lives in the sewers. His "apartment" is quite nice, which he's furnished with the tons of money he's found down in the sewers (in other words, he's rich, but doesn't let it go to his head). |
